- Waitlist information: your name, email, creator type, and main interest when you join the early access list.
- Contact messages: your name, email, role, inquiry type, and message when you contact us.
- Basic usage data: if we enable analytics, we may collect anonymous, aggregated information about how the site is used.
Cookies
We aim to keep cookie use minimal. We only use essential cookies needed for the site to function, and any analytics cookies, if added later, will be limited to understanding general site usage.

How we store and protect data
We store form submissions securely and use environment-based configuration to keep credentials out of public code. We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) solely to operate the service.
Your choices and data deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at founder@aivids.guide. We will remove your information from our waitlist and contact records on request.
Children's privacy
AIvids Guide is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
